I need roof in my patio, something not heavy
Hail damage
I need to replace 2x clear bronze IBR lengths (2,mm x approx mm). The IBR roof section covers the area between the main house and garage. Access is available from the flat garage roof. The IBR profile is mm wide, lower flat =mm, upper flat =30mm. Fastened onto wooden joists with screw-bolts.
Following heavy hail in a flash of rain, my gutter got blocked and water flooded into my ceiling, damaging the insulation and the ceiling boards. The wooden beams also took in water. I would like the ceiling and insulation replaced. I would like an assessment and quote asap so I know what kind of cost outlay I am dealing with.
We need to replace our roof sheets, currently we have corrugated sheets but want to replace the whole roof with IBR, we had a massive hail storm this side that absolutely destroyed our roofing and looking for a change so we're looking to place a relatively big order and I'm going around trying to collect information and the best price so we can get this project started and finished as soon as possible. Ideally we would prefer to get the custom sheets unless you're able to source them cheaper. Dimensions are as follows: L = Length of Roof & Length of Sheet Needed (We want each sheet to match the length of the roof) W = Width of Roof to assist you with Calculating how many sheets are needed There are 3 parts of the roof: (Images will be supplied) Shortest Roof: L = 4.3m W = 3m Medium Roof: L = 5.2m W = 1.8m Largest Roof: L = 7.7m W = 4.3m Requirements: - IBR Sheeting - Thickness no less than 0.7mm What we are also looking for: - We are not looking at doing this again anytime in future so we are looking for advice on best practices, where to improve and quotes on options to fix so should there be another hailstorm like this again, there will be no build up, no leaks, no issues.
Hello, I’m looking for an independent roof inspection and written assessment, not repair work at this stage. I have a builder-designed IBR roof on a cottage that has leaked repeatedly despite multiple repair attempts by the original contractor. The roof appears to be low-pitch / near-flat. I need: • An on-site inspection • Confirmation of whether the roof pitch and IBR system are fit for purpose • Identification of the root cause of the leaks • A written report (with photos if possible) stating whether the issue is design, installation, or material related This report will be used to resolve a warranty dispute with the builder, so independence and clarity are important. Please let me know: • Your fee for the assessment and report • Your availability Thank you.
Good day, We need the removal and replacement of a 15 year old steel and glass stoep sunroof (40m2). New wood truss and tile roof with skylights, using my old glass is needed. You need to give advice on/design for a new roof design plan. Approved plans are available but unsuitable as needs have changed.

Hi I kindly request a quotation for the supply and installation of the roof. The scope includes treated rafters (wall-to-wall) and beams where necessary, with exposed roof rafters and ceiling/iso board installed above the rafters. The project site is located in Wellington, with construction scheduled to commence in March. We are currently finalizing costings. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. Regards
