We would like to add an addition to the side of our house. This addition would include three rooms, one of which would be the main room with a small en-suite bathroom attached. We are also considering incorporating an open area that could serve as a lounge and provide access to the outside. I have attached the dimensions of the yard on the side of our house, which we plan to use for this addition.

I have a house that was bequeathed to me by my late parents when they were still alive. The title deed (reflects my name as the owner) still has names of my siblings who have their own houses. Although I already have a will reflecting my son as the future owner after my passing, I want to remove their names from the list of occupants.
We would like to convert the 6m x 3m porch next to our main bedroom into a room. One of the 6m walls is already existing, has a double door and will serve as the access way as it is the wall between the porch and the main bedroom. The outer 6m wall needs to be enclosed and windows would need to be installed along its length. The remaining two 3m side walls need to be enclosed as well, but will have no windows. The house has a thatch roof that would need to be changed/extended as it only overhangs the main bedroom and not the porch. I have attached a photo of the porch taken from the outside.
