We need to get 3 comparative quotations as part of our procurement process. The scope of work is: 1. Do we prepare your drawings to be council compliant? Ie . Colour code, put on necessary notes, drainage run etc. Yes. 2. Do we source all your required documents for council submission? ie. SG Diagrams, Site Plans, Previously approved Plans etc. du Preez, will be able to assist with what information we have for this particular project. 3. Would we need to amend your current plans to facilitate the disabled bays that you are now utilising for the Store? Yes we will need to amend this. 4. Would a site visit be required? I just bought a house and the current kitchen is too small and is upstairs close to bedrooms. There was a room that I believe was initially a garage which I would like to turn into a new kitchen but it's 10m length but only 3m width and now am not sure if this kitchen will be nice there. Again I would like to make additions. 2 bedrooms and living room, preferably a double storey add-on. Finally this house has a pool in front yard and I would like a privacy wall that will look nice .
I wish to build up, three bedrooms whereby the front bedroom has a balcony and an en-suite and the back room has a walk in closet not too big. we are also looking to build a barrier wall.
