A nice double story house ,open plan .The plot is in a L shape and it is sm . It is about 10m above a green area on sm of the plot and where i want it built for the view . and can be North facing . i want 3 bedrooms upstairs and one guest bedroom downstairs which can be converted to another room when we don't have guests . Main bedroom ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs must share a toilet and shower.
