I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. We rent our freestanding home with garden. It has not been watered and much in the garden has died. There are mature trees throwing lots of shade. The soil type is naturally clay, but the beds have been enriched previously. I only want hardy waterwise plants. The small lawn needs replacement (in shade a good deal of the day). The gravel parking areas alongside the drive need weed killing. An overgrown ornamental vine trellis needs a strong prune. And beyond that, some general flower bed neatening.

We are putting in a pool and need some work done afterwards. Our yard is looking alright and originally had a landscapers hand on it, but now we’ll need an update with the inclusion of a pool. Further more the lawn is where the old pool was. It has been filled in with rubble and lots of the original structure still remain. It now needs to be removed and a new lawn installed.
I wanted to request the advice and a quotation. We have damp coming through the concrete floor, and have been advised that the main problem is that the paving around the house is directing rain water towards the house rather than away from it. We would therefore need to reset the paving and possibly consider other aspects of drainage For your urgent consideration.
