Basically I need tax structuring and someone to tackle SARS on my behalf. I made loans to a few companies, and upon repayment of some of those loans, my (then) auditor classified them as salaries, and never handed in returns to SARS, leaving me with a tax debt that I now found out is north of R62k. I am a director of a company, and will also need to have the company's tax matters handled with expertise and guidance so as to minimise the tax burden (we are currently repaying loans from the company proceeds).
