would like to renovate a one-bedroom house, into a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. (Property has a large back yard) though is a semi-detached. The house currently has one bedroom, one bathroom, a small lounge area, and a kitchen.

Roof to be extended to side boundary wall and part of front boundary wall. Add to existing house, main bedroom with en-suite and walk in closet +-36sqm.
