Looking to do a full scale renovation of a home, it is currently in the transfer process. Also looking at adding some rooms. Would like plumbing, electrical, painting etc. to be all included.

Install a single lane driveway. The 6 m on the street side as well as the first 4 meters inside the property will be done in concrete. The rest will be in G5 crush as there is a servitude line underneath.
