Wallpaper vs. Paint: The pros and cons
Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.

The floor track preferably recessed. The measurements are for doors that meet at a corner 90 degree opening. They can stack separately on either side.

Should the sizes need to adjust a little to get standard doots that are cheaper then this is fine as well as we still need to break the walls. All of them should be black aluminium. Put up shelf in garage above head height to store suitcases Attach latch type lock to garage door that interleads into house Move hinges on 2 cupboard doors on bathroom vanity and re-hang the doors Replace heavy drawer in laundry with a light drawer (or basket drawer) - will require new runners as well. Similar thing in kitchen cupboard under sink. Wire basket drawer keeps falling off runners Small steps required at bottom of alleyway between us and neighbours. Old wooden stairs broke and its very high to have to jump down to get to wash line Some areas of deck around pool have collapsed. Need to be lifted and re-attached. Possibly a few planks might need replacing in a few areas on deck.

We have a house at Zimbali that we rent out and needs a few touch up, paint from dampness, outside maintenance (wall cleaning etc) painting on the inside, check the roof for any damages as there is dampness coming through, painting inside, bathroom ceiling, cornices, cupboard shelves to be replaced etc.
Normal front door needs replacement (I am not too concerned about looks, so am open to suggestions as to what type) - currently wood but this is the 2nd door in the last 15 years so need some advice.
