After 3 days still waiting for demo and a battery fault to be looked at. Once installed no follow up or interested
Good day Mr Pinto. On the date 06/03/2025 we finished and commissioned the installation. We went through the settings and working of the system with you. You did however request that we come back on another day to explain again since you said you will not remember it. Over the weekend 08/03/2025 you then send a video of a red lights flashing on the batteries. However you state on this public review that you have a 'battery fault'. You would have surely noticed that you have NO battery fault, as you did not went without power and your system is working 100%. Friday the 07/03/2025, after you send us a picture of the old meter(private) that was disconnected by us and the plaster hole that we needed to be patch up by us, we arrange to come back to the site to finish abovementioned, you were not there for us to explain the working of the system. We really appreciated your patience with us until noon that same day and that you understood our workload. Furthermore, we arranged on Monday 10/03/2025 to come out again and check what the possible course of the alarm of the batteries is, you were also not there for us to explain the working of the system. We truly appreciate your 4-star review, as it is of utmost importance to our name and we strive to keep our customers happy. We are sorry that you felt the need to make the statement: "After 3 days still waiting for demo and a battery fault to be looked at", as we are sure you will agree that events were indeed as described above. We understand that seeing the red flashing light on the battery is concerning. This light is an alarm from the Battery Management System (BMS), indicating a warning. These warnings often relate to minor voltage fluctuations or temperature readings, which do not necessarily indicate a critical failure. This type of warning requires a specialist to read the BMS data, which is only accessible by the manufacturer. We have already contacted them and are working to schedule a diagnostic check. In the meantime, please be assured that your system is functioning correctly and providing power as intended. We will keep you updated on our progress with the manufacturer.
My Home has teh following appliaince that consume electricity. 2 x 3kw HEatpumps to heat water for bathrooms and kitchen. 1 x hybrid gas/electric stove that has two electric hotplates which are hardly used as the gas burners are used most of the time. 2 x 65inch LED Televisions 1 x AA Refrigerator/freezer combo 1 x Deep Freezer 1 x Microwave oven 1 x Electric Smeg Oven and Microwave 1 x Laptop and EpsonInkjet Printer. 80 x 3watt LED ceiling lights I woul d liek to have a solar system that is able to provide power during load shedding events upto 3days of power backup if necessary. I would like a modular system that is expandable and woul like to start of with a 16Kva configuration with deye and sunsync pricing options as well as an equivalent option that is robust and reliable and that has good local support in teh event that something goes wrong. I would also liek the eskom Nr compliance priced as an option. My budget is RK max and will be a cash deal.

I have a Victron system installed by DJ Solar, with 6 x w Canadian solar panels . I wish to install a further 4 x or w panels to be connected in series ( The Inverter handles up to v) . So the total installation will require the 4 panels, tiled roof mounting hardware & simple in series with existing panels , connection.

Office building. Currently a 16 kva generator provide enough power for the operation. No geyser or stove in use. The full office is only running during daytime. The following is in use : 7 x 12 btu airconditioners, 4 deskprinters, 2 commercial printers, 2 freezers, 1 kettle, meter security fence, ADT alarm system, 28 energy saving ceiling lights, 3 day/night outside lights.
