7 things to consider when building a carport
Before building a carport, you need to know what you want and what you can afford.
We have had a solar system installed in our club house and require it to be connected to the club house DB board. The club house has never been on municipal power and only had a generator. There would be some additional connections needed such as one of the out buildings to the DB board and the booster pump for the water supply.
Double carport for 2 cars attached to the double garage with x 2 poles and gutter, IBR steel roof. It must match the carports in the Complex. The carport has been approved by the Complex Body Corporate. Once the quote is received, I will make a decision and ask for the Carports to be done. Currently my vehicle does not fit into the garage and that is the need for the Carports. I am in Elarduspark, Pretoria East.

Good afternoon We live in a complex . Protea gardens Howick. We have been given the go-ahead for a double carport that would be from where the garage is leading over the front door . Please can I have someone who can assist with: - add more wall sockets in the bedrooms and garage - moving the garage door from the geyser switch on DB board. - sorting out aircon connections (currently connecting through plug point) - outside lights are connected through a plug point - moving the stove main switch Thanks
Need space to house a caravan and a trailer (approx. 6 x 7m with a minimum height of 2.7m). I want the carport to double as a garage, i.e. closed sides and roll-up doors, and also a pedestrian entrance door. The area needs to be deforested, levelled and paved, you may include this in your quote or I could source an alternative provider for this.

The other option would be to completely change the steel carports to shade nets, so we would like 2 different quotes: 1. Fixing current carports 2. Replace with shade nets I am available on email and WhatsApp throughout the day.

My circuit breaker broke and I initially bypassed it with someone's assistance the bought a new circuit breaker and asked a friend to install it for me. He tried but what he found was that the wiring had been tampered with and all he could do was again bypass but told me to get the help of a professional
