I need to remodel a small 48sqm home’s interior layout by removing a wall to create an open-plan kitchen-living area, and redoing the kitchen and bathroom. Crawl space foundation needs to be changed to slab foundation. I purchased online plans but it does not incorporate this. I need an Architect to add this in or re-do.
