I need a building on a caravan site. The cement floor is 6.2m x 8.27m There is an existing bathroom and kitchen on the site and the new house must be build as close to the existing building as possible. There is currently 3 caravans on the site and they are rusted and needs to be removed. A very small 3 bedroom and living room must be build on the site. I did draw up a plan in but the person who drew up the plans didn't want to submit it for approval. I attached the plan but it is not approved by the municipality.
