1) I am the sole owner and director of the company. 2) The company has shareholding in two companies which pay out dividends once a year. 3) The company is not selling any services/goods and as such not registered for VAT... or required to register for VAT at this stage. 4) My share certificate has been endorsed as non resident as i am a non resident in terms of DTA. 5) To date since the company is new I have not received any dividends as yet.
