Good day My pipes beneath my kitchen sinks came lose, and is now leaking, so it needs to be sealed or possibly replaced, I am not sure. My drain was blocked, so I losened one of the pipes in my cupboard. Managed to clear the blockage. I live in a block of flats, and my neighbour's and my kitchen sinks are connected to the same down pipe. Their washing machine water also goes down their kitchen sink. They apparantley can not use the bath's drainage. Can you perhaps give me a quote plus minus?

There was water leaking from above unit as I’m on ground floor and do damage to my barthroom and outer wall of bathroom as well as the wall towards the kitchen. It effected my kitchen doorframe and door, my kitchen tiles and front room tiles, also the bathroom tiles and bathroom window frame that’s why I need quotes from the repairs of unit.

Hi there, I am looking to have a high security pedestrian gate installed in my complex perimeter fence to have access to the neighbouring external park outside the complex. It needs to be a high security gate and should include fingerprint scanner for residents to enter and exit. Could be the P-pipe or from outside the apartment. Dont know. Bathroom - telephone shower needs to be replaced - washers are stripped and its leaking along the "telephone" . Good day. I require a simple slatted aluminium gate (coated bronze/dark brown) to fit an opening of mm x mm. I don't need a handle, but would like a key hole so that the gate can be locked from in- or outside. I have attached an example of something I found online as a reference, but it doesn't have to be like that exactly.
