I need a quote for painting 14 blocks of which gives you 88 Units. Block 1=12(Double Storey) Units, 10 Block Of 8 Units Double Storey, 3 Blocks Of 4 Units Double Storey, Pool Area , Club House and Guard House. The Main Colour is Elephant Hide and the boundary on the windows is beige colour and the railings, window frames, Burglar Security gates is enamel brown (Code: G18 PWD Brown)
Replacement for hinged old double wooden doors with cottage pane windows. cm high wide and about 20 cm depth of the wall. Considering aluminium replacement. Prefer NOT just full plain glass from a security perspective BUT will consider it as an option, please. What hinged options do you have? Not a supporter of sliding doors from a security perspective alone. Security of the door is key, the nature of the door itself, the security of locking, etc. House has a lot of wooden cottage panes! Hydrowash/ Grind (where appropriate) apply waterproofing slurry skim /Acrylic waterproof patching as appropriate Check and re-paint any open fillet joints with a waterproofed mortar Remove and patch any peeling paint Remove any unsuitable fillers /damaged plasterwork and repair with waterproof mortar slurry matching plaster texture. Repair plaster cracks & structural cracks Hairline cracks to 0.2mm apply 1 coat HIP Primer and fill with parapet water proofing Cracks to 2mm rake out crack line and treat as above Cracks above 2mm chop out and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary float a damp proof bonding slurry to repair and level damaged plaster Structural cracks chop out to full depth and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary express an expansion joint into structural crack repairs Waterproof and seal all expansion joints and any plaster lip joints Waterproof and seal all parapets and horizontal reveals with Waterproofing Crack repairs and waterproofing where required on all other vertical and horizontal surfaces. Sealing and waterproofing around window frames, sills and doors etc. Scrape & repair cracked windowsills Assess any ground retaining walls, where necessary, drill and inject under pressure Siloxane Sealer Inspect and waterproof all drainage outflows to exterior balconies Inspect grout work on all exterior tiled balconies and replace where necessary with waterproof grout. Apply 1 coat siloxane sealer to balcony tiles & grout work Prime all plaster repairs 1 coat High Impact Polystyrene Plaster Primer Scrape where necessary, seal, prime and patch exterior pipe work. Seal all previously painted surfaces with acrylic bonding sealer Apply 1 coat Acrylic 1 st Coat where necessary to level repairs. Apply 2 finishing coats of Vinyl Silk in a colour scheme of choice. Apply 1 coat of Bright White Ceiling Acrylic to any porch/ patio ceilings and cornice work

The front door to my property is rotting and I need to replace it. The property is part of a sectional title so it need to be compliant with all the other doors in the complex. I have attached a picture of one of the other aluminium doors in the complex. It would be to fit and install a standard size front door. 1 Main bedroom (3 walls and 1 wall with window). 3 standard bedrooms (2 walls, 1 wall with window and 1 with wardrobes). Passage both sides. Living room (3 walls and one with sliding door). Reception room (3 walls and one with double window). Dining room (3 walls and 1 with window). Study room the size of a single garage (3 walls and 1 with window). Ceilings fir all those rooms. Ceiling needs some fixing. I need an estimate quote. Most of the walls are currently Grey and need to paint them cream or a homely color. Need quote to include the cost of the paint.
I am in need for someone to supply and install 2 external wooden doors. They must be experienced in this. one door opens outward and will need a strip down the length of the door that covers the opening to prevent the door from being forced open from the outside. Door frame size is cm x 81cm Other door opens inward to the loft room and is shorter than standard. frame size cm x 81cm Both doors have good hinges but need decent handles and secure outdoor locks. Good quality wooden external door but not decorative
Need a double door opening to outside. Currently there is a wood and glass door and frame in the position, would like it replaces with aluminium and glass doors and frame. Good day. Can I kindly request a quote. I want to close my patio with either sliding doors or stackable doors depending on affordability. Main door = 6m wide X 2.5m high. Second opening = 1.7m wide X 2.5m high Third opening = 1.5m wide X 2.5m There are two existing sliding doors which I'd like to remove and reuse if possible, their measurements are as follows; 2.4m wide X 2.1m high 1.8m wide X 2.1m high I understand that the final quote will be based on final measurements but I'm seeking an estimate for now. Please quote me and advise with regards to alternative options as I am not fixed with heights. If the 2.1m heights are more feasible, then I'll be happy to install block windows above the doors. The two sides of the patio do not need to be accessible.
