Installation of ceiling fans, ceiling lights and repair of oven. 1. Ceiling fan (and light) in the lounge: Installation of fan with a new fitting and "line". A new switch will have to be fitted. Current switch has two "levers" and this will require its own. Fitting a 3 lever switch. 2. Ceiling fan (and light) in the bedroom: Installation of fan and a new fitting and "line". Installation of 4 new in-ceiling lights added to existing lines and switches between dining room and kitchen. - I have the ceiling fans and light fittings for the above. I will be purchasing new switches for the above. 4. Evaluation and Repair of oven. Faulty element? The oven preheats but after a few minutes it trips the DB board. The oven is a Defy undercounter oven - UMS. 5. Fitting a switch for a light in a corner cupboard (pantry cupboard). The light is an in-ceiling light linked to the kitchen ceiling lights. I would like to have a separate switch to turn this light off independently. 6. Replacement of current in-ceiling lights (standard GU10 bulb fitting and "holder") in bathroom (2 fittings) to a fitting that is better sealed from moisture for this environment.
Note that there is one which was installed by the previous owner (DIY) which is currently not working at all due to its poorly installation. My expectations is that, if I agreed the terms and conditions, installation needs to be done neatly quickly (within reasonable time frame) and also linked to my current alarm system. Hi, I require a fence of about 4 m(length) by 1,5 m(height). A swing gate of 1,5m(length) by 1m(height) but if there's a standard gate size in terms of width/length then it can be wooden panel with the gate. I also require a swing gate of 0.9m(length) by 1m(height.) for the patio area. If possible can you quote on a wooden fence and a picket fence? I need Pallasades on top of a precast wall height of wall - 6 feet I need palisades between mm - 1 meter installed on top of the wall length required 14 meter i saw an image of the different types of palisades - i would prefer a butterfly or devils fork attached is a photo of the garden area - the palisades mys go on the wall where the Jasmin is planted(left side) between the houses
Good Morning, I would please like a quote on materials and installation of doggy bars on my existing palisade fence. We would like the easiest and most affordable solution to keep our 2 miniature (escape artist) Yorkies within our garden walls without them potentially getting hurt. Some of the existing palisades might have to be lengthened at the bottom as well. I am not sure how long the fence is. Good Day All I need quotes on the installation of the new garage wooden door. What is a customised door. Do you have another size smaller than double but bigger than single. I don't want to be squeezed when driving the car to the garage. May garage is big but not for a double garage door. Any advise I welcome. Regards Mbasa
2 Bedroom House that requires wiring. Open plan kitchen to the lounge area, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and future balcony. DB box installed, however the electricity meter in the bedroom needs to move to the DB Box in the kitchen. I would also need a COC. This is a newly build houseon a square meter plot.
