What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

Building a low cost retirement home. 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen open plan, in a U shape. I have bought the property and have fairly specific ideas on the style I want. I am going solar off the grid. Have an existing water connection. Will need French drains etc. I have a self drawn sketch of the plan I would like, but would need to discuss a lot of features with the architect.

I am planning on building a single story house. 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms 1and one half bathroom. master bedroom with en suite and walk in closet. All bedrooms should be spacious with good size closets. 3 car garages. Open plan living, dining and kitchen. Media room, pantry and laundry room. Love the L shaped house because I want it to surround the pool area.
