Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Were able to get sorted for the bus depot with a plan and the cost to build it by Kur plan architects!
My Visa Center Needs to be remodelled. but we still want to keep operations running whilst all the renovations are happening. We are closed on weekends and i dont mind opening up the center for renovations to carry on without any operations running. i am also willing for this to happen after hours. Want to build a double garage next to existing house (attached)with a flat parrapit roof withIBR sheeting.At back of garage a 3x6 kitchen which will lead from existing house lounge. Garage 6x6 and kitchen 3x6 so total area 54 square meters. I have more than enough plot area so not going over building boundaries etc.
