Old cottage on a farm with structurally sound walls and roof (zinc, A-frame). Cottage is approximately 60sqm and has one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in shower. Other bedroom is bit smaller with no en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom has it's own separate entrance (thus functions as a guest bathroom).
