Hi there, My name is , I'm Brazilian, and I got married in Cape Town to my former South African partner. After our wedding, we moved to Brazil, where we also registered our marriage. Unfortunately, our relationship didn’t last. My former partner has since returned to South Africa, and I have remained in Brazil. We are now looking to proceed with a divorce. We would appreciate legal assistance to handle the divorce process in South Africa. Once finalized, I will then register the divorce here in Brazil. Thank you in advance for your support, and I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards,
Good day Can you kindly assist me in getting my job back. I worked for a company for 7 years. After changing the OD my mother passed way and I wasn't coping since the denied me a transfer. I ended up resigning on the 1st of July . My then fiancé was the one taking care of us, sadly he passed away due to a car accident on the 1st of August. I then tried to withdraw my resignation letter because I knew I won't be able to take care of the kids, but I was denied the withdrawal by the manager. Is it possible for you to assist? Thank you
My employer is in the process of being listed on JSE. Beginning of this year they did MSA on some employees and now they want to do another round of layoffs without doing the legal route of retrenchments so they’ve sent me a performance improvement contract.. essentially giving me 3 months with no justified job description or KPIs.
My son wants to apply for a South African passport through his father who held a South African passport. Our son was born in the UK and we didn't register his birth with South Africa, is this needed before he can apply? If so, I believe we need a lawyer's help to do this. I have an ID book and permanent residence document. My husband has sadly passed away and we want to move back to South Africa, Western Cape, to live near family. I would really appreciate your assistance, thank you

Myself and girlfriend broke up. We never contacted as she blocked me and got engaged and six month later she contacted me. We got together three time having an affair. I told her what we doing is wrong and I was not happy about it. Told her she must tell him or we should. Things changed and now I got summoned to go to court about things and problems we had and worked through and still lived together. Just because I wanted to us to inform him she had done this to me as she wants to distroy me now for things that happened years ago. Can she do this

The builder is Webber's Construction and Cabinets. He also removed the cabinet doors and I still have no proof that the doors was fitted again. He promised to pay the amount back on the 2nd of June.
