Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
Alternate customer address for recieving parcels or post on behalf of others that may be at work or away . If a person can't be home to receive their packages they can either redirect them to us or send them directly to us. We can then deliver the items after-hours or weekends . Can also collect and forward parcels and post for individual clients .
We had our house renovated and the guys assigned to do our electrical work completed in August, they tried to install a light but opened the DB to draw a wire and problems started..Our earth leakage trips randomly..they tried to fix it but failed, now they had to bypass the earth leakage and even changed the prepaid meter so that we can temporarily have electricity. The previous prepaid meter was showing an overload even when eskom was off. The new meter constantly beeps and signs bypass. We have seen 2 electricians thus far.

I am guessing the roof area at +- M2? This is a 2 bedroomed house with a 4 -triangled roof facing 4 ways. One section receiving direct rain needs extra attention and the rest still reasonable. You will probably check all measurements on internet Google maps etc. Quote to paint roof in green please. This must wait untill mid to end January'24
My house has new system installed last week 22 x W jinko panels, installed on roof in 2 groups of 11 connected in series. 1 x 12KW Deye Inverter 4 x lifepro 48V lithium.batteries Whole house isconnected Problems 1. Solar Panels drops ppwee generagikn by 12pm, from.morning to 12pm production is around 6 to 7Kw but bt 12pm it drops till sunset, i suspect some panels are not connected 2. The ppl who installed they seem not gkued up with deye invertee settings, i sispect the settings are wrong also on the inverter I need an expect who can , trace panel per panel connection and set the inverter witj this CT coil This system is new was installed last week
i need the bathrooms X 2 renovated, fitted with a new cabinets, toilet set and the ceiling to be fixed and the floors and wall tiling thereof. there is also an outside toilet which needs to be fitted with a new set. The site is a triangle. A small front equals to a car gate area. I have a plan draft which depicts a small double storey house with a basement. My plan has one large en suite bedroom, small kitchen a lounge, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room on the upper floor. An entrance hall and staircase on the ground floor. A basement underground. The roof is concrete and has skylights which are protected by burglar guards. The whole house will built of concrete like a bridge. Three small windows only; 2 x for bathrooms and 2 at a passage. Skylights and a number if top and bottom ventilators. Security against looting and buglar is emphasised on plan. Dust also is considered. Only one door. Top door leading to the roof.
