Good day I would like to launch a CCMA case against my employer. My salary has been reduced without my consent. I was also promised I will be placed back on a higher paying site to earn the salary I was contracted for, but that never happend. They then took me off the lower paying site completely due to a situation I had no control over, missing 1 day of work. Telkom has blocked my number, unbeknownst to me, and I could not be reached by my employer on the day I was to perform a task. I do not know when I will be needed beforehand as they communicated telephonically on the mornings I was to assist. After 7 months of asking and pleading, I send an email to HR and CEO pointing out several unfair labour practises, after which I then received a notice of possible retrenchment. I went for consultation and was offered a lower paying position or the option to be placed back on the site they took me from after missing a day of work. I later communicated via mail that I would need to take the retrenchment option so I can at least claim my uif. I did not have the cash to travel to and from site at that point. They dropped my salary from R to a unstable salary where I only earned R last month. After informing them that I have no choice but to take the retrenchment option, they have been ignoring all further communication from me. I fully believe they are ignoring me as they know I have no funds and therefore cant even travel to the CCMA offices to open a case against them. I suspect that they want me to resign in order for them not to pay me a retrenchment settlement. I also know that if I am permanently employed, they must pay me my contracted salary even if I am sitting at home as they are failing to provide me with work even though I am capable of performing my duties, but I know they wont as they have been doing everything else that goes against the labour law. I have also requested an appointment letter, but they are also ignoring that request. There are a lot more details to this, and I was hoping you could help on a contingency basis. I feel the company started treating me this way after I advised HR that I suffer from sound sensitivety issues, a condition called misophonia. I am hoping someone will get back to me as I have mailed a few different lawyers but have received no reply from anyone as of yet. I was charged with Common Assault,I was calling a minor 16 year old into order because he was disrespectful talking back and ill - mannered so out frustration I threw a shoe the just touched his arm .I have a witness that actually saw everything.The minor was seating at the street corner with friends that smoking dagga ,therefor they fabricated a story , according to the investigating officer he says,I hit him on arm head and ear and he sustained injuries.He already had a a sore on his left ear
I would like security service which includes armed response and an alarm system that I can pay on a month-to-month basis. I am not looking for a contract of more than one year. I would prefer if it were a system or service that can be terminated at any time. However, a contract of not more than one year is welcome! It has to be monitoring and armed response considering the high crime rate and violent crime we experience on a daily basis.

I have been living with parents that have Narsisistic Personality Disorder for 35years and I'm at the point of breaking because its destroying my life and nobody seems to be interested to listen to me to help me with my parents. My parents believe that there is nothing wrong with them and is convincing everyone that is the truth because nobody believes me or actually take the time to listen to me. They just think im the child, then I'm autom wrong and they are the parents and parents always knows best and are always right. Who out there has intense experience with personally with this that can help me. If you haven't diagnosed anyone with Narsisistic Personality Disorder then I feel you might not have enough knowledge or experience to be able to help me.
