• Describe the problem you are experiencing in more detail: We need to replace a 200lt geyser with either a 150lt electrical or solar geyser. If possible we need to solar geyser to also be able to be electrically heated when sun is scarce. 5 people in household, geyser is in ceiling ground floor, tiled roof. Geyser currently leaking. Solar geyser is preferable but cost is a factor

Old Piping needs to be replaced with new piping (old Piping ifor bath, basin and shower are all linked causing blockages and leaks and new piping needs to be separated . Old tiling needs to be removed, floor lowered new tiling done shower floor removed and replaced .

• Describe the problem you are experiencing in more detail: 800 sqm retail premises with one dividing wall and one water meter. water readings are 3-4 times the historical readings. Only 4 toilets and 3 hand wash basins. few staff. No visible leakages. 1 Liter meter dial keeps moving even of all taps are closed. I suspect under floor surface leakage. Needs to test for it and the location urgently. Regards
