I am not too sure about the length of then fence I would need someone to come take proper measurements.
I am looking at creating and outdoor patio, approximately 20 squared meters, I will lay the slab and the construction for the roof will need support in the front (Pillars or Steel) but will be against a 5 Meter boundary wall as support on the back, this is urgent i am just looking at costing at the moment. Concrete slab or Tile Roof Please see attached picture which will give you an idea.
I currently have 2 separate doors outomated with one centered Gemini motor. The current roll-up steel doors are old and grinding it out every time we open it. The doors either have to be replaced with 2 new doors, or have to be replaced with one solid door with a new motor. The current motor is however fine. I removed the tiles from the floor of my balcony as I had water problems in my braairoom below the balcony. I then sloped the balcony floor away from building walls and made the water exit holes bigger with more slope. I now need waterproofing on the floor of balcony. Question: If I want to use the balcony, can I walk on your waterproofing ??
We have a house at Zimbali that we rent out and needs a few touch up, paint from dampness, outside maintenance (wall cleaning etc) painting on the inside, check the roof for any damages as there is dampness coming through, painting inside, bathroom ceiling, cornices, cupboard shelves to be replaced etc.

We need the floors and walls (the ceiling is quite high) to be cleaned: the floors will need to be scrubbed, as they are beige and the walls need to be wiped off. The previous tenant wiped the walls only halfway up, so now there are marks halfway up the walls. We also need help with unpacking and folding some clothes and linen and with putting it into cupboards. I have put it down as an extra, Laundry and ironing.
