Architectural services - I need a new plan for the new building.
We have a very small 2 bedroom; 2 bathroom flat. We would like to create space efficiencies and get a modernity to the look and feel. Minimalist look would seem to be idea for the space. The flat has an open plan kitchen and lounge area. There is a garden patio. The bedrooms are really small and this is where I think we need help in designing. My wife is pregnant so we expecting a baby and will need to accommodate that also

We own a commercial property in the centre if Umkomaas on the KwaZulu Natal south coast. We believe the property to be zone for shop and retail on the ground floor with a zoning allowing us to go up 4 stories. We have degree sea vies which we would like capitalis on. We want to create individual units of +- sqm per unit (architect to advise on the best)
