They were professional — explained the process clearly and seemed to know their stuff, which I appreciated.
Pretty disappointed — the certificate work was left incomplete and the job felt half‑done. Some bits weren’t finished so the compliance check wasn’t fully wrapped up. That gap was the main problem for me and it left the whole thing feeling unfinished.
