Change my garage from two single doors to one long double door, motorise the garage door, fix/level the garage floor, tile the floor , paint the inside wall and reinforce the roof. Project to start in June but I need quotes this December when home for budgeting as I’m away for work now. Or can start December if can be completed 1st week January
We are in the process of buying a plot in Hobhouse Free state. We would like to build a seperate entrance / granny flat / rondawel first before we start with the Main house. We are currently living in Thailand,,,we want to build the granny flat in order for my brother to stay there there and look after the place until we come home next year
