This house will be located in Hillcrest Durban, in KwaNyuswa.i Have sent something semilliar to what i want but in that plan i don't want garage and i only want two bedroom
I lost my eldest son tragically a day after his 24th Birthday.. He had drowned at sea and his body never found. I had no closure body leading me into a terrible depression and grieving for 6 and half yrs. Financially I could not maintain my home inside at all. I am healing now and have saved some money to try and restore my home. The doors handles are broken, have 2 young sons, the walls in myhome need plastering, painting but I will be bringing a company in to give a qoute to remove the mould. I have sticker tiles on my floors that to be replaced and my front and back door need to be replaced and I would like my bedroom to be replaced with a patio door. I would like to give 2qoutes please.

Install wifi geyyser timer - there is space on the box we will supply the timer 2. Run three network cables from the office, to 3 places. We will supply the network cable, please provide the trunking. Each room is 4.5m, so a total of 18m, bring 20 to be safe we will pay for unused excess. 3. Put in two additional plug points in the office. 4. Replace Fans from old house into new house New house is 2.7km from old house, same neigborhood. I want to break out one wall to make provision for shower, needs a bathroom door to be installed, break out of existing wall tiles and floor tiles. Re-tiling of 2 small bathrooms to ceiling and installing of new floor tiles, new bathtub, toilets and vanity/basin combo’s, break out of current kitchen tiles, moving of current sink to washing room, smoothing of walls in washing room, new ceiling in washing room, breakout of few cupboards, instaliing of new cupboards which must be discussed, installing new floor tiles. Painting of house inside celings, walls, doors and skirtings. I do have all the taps, new bathtub, vanity/basin combos, tiles and toilets.

Could you please let us know if you’re able to replace the door handles with the ones we already have in the office? If not, could you kindly provide a quote for replacing the two doors with matching handles, so that all the doors are consistent? Additionally, could you advise on the turnaround time for either replacing the doors or the door handles?
We are buying and renovating a four bedroomed house to accommodate cancer patients who need to stay in Pietermaritzburg for treatment. We need to add two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, modify the outbuilding to provide accommodation for a staff member and open the lounge up to the outside with glass doors.
The attached pictures show the current situation - we need new handles, but appareentlt have to remove the whole brass unit , i think its called the mixer (but not sure) ....then get new handles . hot water and cold water are coming out as normal , but we have to use a spanner to open---thats why we need the whole set - please quote on the whole amount.
I have a steel roof installed by a professional steel contractor measuring 9m x 15 m. I would like to use this structure as the basis for a horse barn. I have plans already drawn up and are currently in the council approval process. Therefore the project is just to build the walls underneath the metal structure
