Evaluating whether I want to keep rental property from my deceased father's estate. It will probably only be one small, older house. I have lived in the US for the last 30 years and am enjoying time with the family in Hoedspruit. I'd like to spend more time in Hoedspruit in the future, so managing and renovating the rental property would give me something to do.
My standing with SARS is currently lot good at all and need someone to help. I have a business that is not operating, however, I did not know that even when a business is not operating that I need to still submit the tax returns. SARS has now issued a penalty and I need someone who can help me sort this out asap.
Good afternoon My friend and I do carpet and upholstery cleaning it's just the two of us , I have inherited money from my mom that passed away and I would like to get a bond and pay a 30% deposit for the apartment that I am renting at the moment but i need proof of income and a tax compliance letter .
