We want to demolish the current wooden house and build a 3 or 4 bedroom brick house. The current house is very old. We want to build a house that is totally off the grid. Therefore. Solar panels and water tanks. There are already water thanks at the current property. The property is a double property on the beach side.

A continuation of a build 3 bedroom house and an addition of a garage with a back room. A boundary wall would be great as well. House currently has a loung, kitchen , 1x bedroom and a seperate toilet and bathroom. There are also 2x flats with a toilet on car end of yard. The house has an existing plans ( 3 bedroom & 2 flatlets) approved by the Buffalo City Municipality ( my gran made sure). Looking to build a 3meter high wall in Munster, South of KZN close to Port Edward. The yard is about sqm, but looking to go with a phased approach where we start with fencing or walling the back of the yard which is roughly about 4 to sqm (from the back to the sides of the house) or 12meters (only the back of the yard) to start. I need qoutes on a Palisades wall, PVC fencing or Bonnox Mesh Fencing with materials and labor included.
I have a 2 or 3-phase project with the primary objective focussed on the bathroom: Bathroom: - take out the bathtub - do waterproofing in preparation for, and install a walk-in shower - retile bathroom (floor, shower, walls - not certain of height of wall tiling yet) Living/kitchen area: - retile as initial installation was done poorly - most tiles are loose. Stretch/optional goal: - integrate battery inverter to unit's power supply The supplied/attached plan is what I came up with after several iterations of different ideas. It's not % final and lacks detail such as the shower floor slope, but should be sufficient to get a ballpark quotation (I think). The entire flat is 49m², the bathroom is about 4.3m², the living room/kitchen area is 16.5m².
Hello. I am based in Elandskop, Pietermaritzburg. Looking for a new building on a space with the following dimensions: the back is 8m, the two sides are 12m and 10m, respectively, and the front side is 6m. This is roughly 80-88 sqm. I am looking for a double storey with two bedrooms, a common area with a kichenette , two small bathrooms. See examples attached
