New warehouse sqm
We're looking to build around -sqm on a sqm plot, and are thinking most likely double storey.
I have existing plans, I want to add to these plans. I want to add on another room and take down a few walls to open up the area.

Looking to extend our house into a double storey
Renovation of building in Marapong to serve as ECD Centre
Looking for ideas/advise on changes to patio covering and other outside changes to improve look of the house. Also looking to see if option is available to go up a story and what is work involved and if look and feel would work for us.
Plans for going up one story were approved by council by previous owners but not actioned. I would like to revise these plans so I can cost and action this project.
