Replace current tiles with slate
Replace thatch with corrugated iron.
Repair and seal thatch roof.
The tile overhang of this roof is very little, probably 10-15 cm, hence the rainwater is running down the walls and down the wooden windows and doors. i need you to phone me so we can discuss please.
