I am available on Whatsapp and email. I previously had a paint job done by an individual that was terrible and needs to be redone. Paint job required is the walls, ceiling skirting, floor skirting and door frames.

The current house inside walls must be removed to create one big open plan. The roof re structured. The current garage and outbuildings must be converted into a one bedroom flatlet with small kitchen. A workshop will be added to this at the back. New addition with a TV room and three ensuite bedrooms will be build onto the current house. Attached find current house plans as well as a plan for the new project. The specifications are as follows: Cemcrete or relevant floor, no floor tiles. Structure build with light clay stocks to be washed and sealed with limited plaster and paint work. Open roof trusses painted white. No solar or electrical geyser only Gas geysers for all bathrooms and kitchen. Gas stove for main house kitchen. No stove for flatlet. Covered patio. Windows to specifications. Lights and fittings to specifications. No baths for the 4 bathrooms only showers.

removal and discard of old steel bath, remove toilet and relocate and fit, fit a floor shower and class side panel .remove old bath taps an refit to shower , retile floor and shower.
