I recently had roller aluminium doors installed in my home by this company, and unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the quality of the work delivered. From the start, there were issues with execution. While the original window frames only required minor redesign adjustments (without changing the overall sizes or dimensions), the fabricator instead altered the panel sizes unnecessarily, making them smaller and deviating from what was agreed upon. This was not in line with my expectations or the initial design discussion. The finishing of the installation is also disappointing. The rubber sealing around the glass is poorly done, with some sections protruding and giving an untidy, unprofessional appearance. Attention to detail in this area is clearly lacking. Additionally, the door frame installation was not properly planned. The placement of the door handle interferes with the window’s operation, making it difficult to open and close sections smoothly. This creates an inconvenience in everyday use and reflects poor design consideration. To make matters worse, the installation process caused damage to parts of my wall, and I had to hire someone at my own expense to repair and plaster the affected areas. This is a cost I believe should have been covered by the company. Considering the overall quality of workmanship and the additional costs I incurred, I feel that I was overcharged for the service provided. I expected a far more professional and precise job.
The overall job done and the quality of work. Yes the contractor break the wall to fit the sliding doors but i was the one to pay the guy who was doing the plaster job instead the contractor was suppose to meet half way with the bricklayer
