5 x terraced duplexes
The flat roof on the second storey of my house in Hermanus has a problem. As water is running down the inside of the length of the wall I suspect all the flashing needs replacing, & possibly the parapets need redoing too. One of the big six roof sheets might also be damaged, but it is impossible to know at this stage. Viewing of the roof will only be possible in about 10 days time, but I need a rough guess now as I have to have funds put aside in the next 2 days or loose them. I will not hold anyone to any estimate, especially as no-one knows what the problem is, I just need an idea of possible costs at this stage.

We have a tin roof that has a few leaks.
Wind damage to roof due to strong winds over the weekend of 16 and 17 October . Damage appear to be limited to facias and barge boards, but roof sheeting may also be damaged. Facia on side of garage and barge boards on rear parapet wall definitely damaged. 9 Angle Road, Gonubie.
We need to repair a leaking roofs. Iron and hatcht roof.
