Hi I would like my to have the bar area, these 2 de-assembled and disposed off. Also after removed, the areas to be touched up with paint and any holes patched up and painted as well please. To keep costs down, I want to keep the footprint small (around 60 sqm internal) and use standardized materials, while still achieving a great aesthetic. Here are the basic specifications for the build: Design: A U-shape layout centered around an open wooden deck. Size: Approximately 60 - 65 sqm internal, plus a 14 sqm central courtyard deck. Layout: * Open-plan kitchen and lounge in the center connecting the two wings. 2 Bedrooms (one in each wing), each with its own small en-suite bathroom. Foundation: Elevated off the ground using CCA-treated timber poles to avoid expensive concrete/earthworks on a slope. Roof: A simple, low-pitch mono-pitch (lean-to) IBR roof, hidden behind a parapet wall to give a modern "flat roof" look without the waterproofing costs. Cladding: Flat Nutec (fibre cement) boards painted a dark color (for fire resistance, low maintenance, and cost savings). Good day, I trust that you are well. I would like assistance with renovating two bathrooms. One is small and the other a bit bigger. I’m not sure now the square meters are calculated but if I can use the tiles since they’re standard tiles, I’d say that one is about m^2 and the other m^2. They both have bathtub, shower and toilet. Our home solar system appears to have adequate capacity which is underutilised. Currently the geyser and stove are not connected to the solar system ('Non-Essential'), but I would like them connected. The idea would be that if the energy usage goes into overload (we would monitor carefully, and only use one large power consumption device at a time), then automatically Eskom would kick-in. I need a quote from a reliable contractor who deals with solar installations, and who will provide a written warranty. I will preferably pay by credit card.
