I need electrician to install a backup power system on a house. All components: batteries, inverters, wires, connectors ect will be supplied. The batteries and inverters will be installed in the garage of the house, power will run from the main db board to the inverter to charge the batteries, then back out from the batteries to the inverter to the db board into the house.
Main en-suite exist of toilet, wash basin and shower - very small space. 2nd Bathroom has a toilet, wash basin, bath but want to add a shower. Dont want to do both at once depending on the costs involved.
I want a house that can fit jst a couple of 2 only jst a small house that has a less cost and tiles on the roof it should be a latest model house

We have an old ac in bedroom. That needs to be cleaned and serviced. See attached picture of the unit. It's over our bed and my husband insists on putting it on even though we've never serviced it in the 2 years we've lived here.
