Certain power outlets in our home, connected to one specific switch on our circuit box, are causing the power to trip. We have turned off all the outlets and tried flipping the switch but the power still trips, so it might be a problem with the wiring. We are unsure. We are also looking into installing new power outlets as our house, being an old one, has very few of them and thus requires that we use many extension cables and multi-plugs.
I live on the second floor and my apartment got flooded. The water leaked to my downstairs neighbor, it was dripping onto her plug with her cellphone charger attached. The electricity as a result got cut off. Not sure if its just a wiring issue for the whole apartment or just the plugs. Please WhatsApp me with a quote.

I have a shower done in past month. Builders/plumbers disappeared. Water drips from the shower arm and telephone shower from the wall onto the tiles. I think it's dripping inside as well. GUESSING. I need a plumber to come check and advise and quote accordingly. No call out fee and free quote please. I'm in Phoenix
Hi! My kitchen sink has been taking longer and longer to completely empty, it is missing the little silver drain bit, so it’s just a hole and I’m afraid a teabag or several teabags or something might be stuck. This last week it’s just gotten much slower, I’ve tried draining chemicals and the baking soda and vinegar, obviously a few days from each other and nothing is working. I’ve taken apart what I could underneath the sink, but the main pipes are all glued together, so I could only take out the U-shaped piece. Essentially, I would need to have those pipes snaked I guess? Maybe redoing the kitchen sink plumbing

Hi, our inverter is currently connected directly to the building electricity supply. The problem is that whenever the inverter has issues, we lose electricity completely. We would like someone to bypass the inverter when it has faults so that we can still have electricity from the building supply. Please let us know if this is possible and how much it would cost. Thank you
The water does not reach the shower head, No water coming out. No problem with the water coming into the house from the mains. House is 5 years old. All new installations done at that time. Plumber had tested.... soldering wire went through the pipe (about 1 metre long) from shower head to mixer tap.I don't know if the copper pipe is totally clear, though. It had been suggested that there might be a tiny hole in the mechanism behind the mixer tap, which is plastered and tiled inside the bathroom wall. Middle of the range Cobra mixer, which MIGHT need replacing. Please give me a quote to do the job, which would require the tiles being carefully cut around the mixer tap (porcelain tiles, I have a spare tile to replace when the tap is fixed and working). Thank you. Victoria.
