Hydrowash/ Grind (where appropriate) apply waterproofing slurry skim /Acrylic waterproof patching as appropriate Check and re-paint any open fillet joints with a waterproofed mortar Remove and patch any peeling paint Remove any unsuitable fillers /damaged plasterwork and repair with waterproof mortar slurry matching plaster texture. Repair plaster cracks & structural cracks Hairline cracks to 0.2mm apply 1 coat HIP Primer and fill with parapet water proofing Cracks to 2mm rake out crack line and treat as above Cracks above 2mm chop out and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary float a damp proof bonding slurry to repair and level damaged plaster Structural cracks chop out to full depth and repair with suitable mortar mix Where necessary express an expansion joint into structural crack repairs Waterproof and seal all expansion joints and any plaster lip joints Waterproof and seal all parapets and horizontal reveals with Waterproofing Crack repairs and waterproofing where required on all other vertical and horizontal surfaces. Sealing and waterproofing around window frames, sills and doors etc. Scrape & repair cracked windowsills Assess any ground retaining walls, where necessary, drill and inject under pressure Siloxane Sealer Inspect and waterproof all drainage outflows to exterior balconies Inspect grout work on all exterior tiled balconies and replace where necessary with waterproof grout. Apply 1 coat siloxane sealer to balcony tiles & grout work Prime all plaster repairs 1 coat High Impact Polystyrene Plaster Primer Scrape where necessary, seal, prime and patch exterior pipe work. Seal all previously painted surfaces with acrylic bonding sealer Apply 1 coat Acrylic 1 st Coat where necessary to level repairs. Apply 2 finishing coats of Vinyl Silk in a colour scheme of choice. Apply 1 coat of Bright White Ceiling Acrylic to any porch/ patio ceilings and cornice work
1). Painting of Walls (internal) - undercoat and 2 coats at m2. 2). Painting of soffit (already with rhinolite plaster) 1 coat at 54m2. 3). Painting of ceiling board at 39.5m2 4). Painting of x3 new timber doors and frames with varnish (1 coat) 5). Painting of new double garage size timber door with varnish (1 coat)
The toilet cistern does not stop filling when it reaches its fill and water keeps draining into the toilet which wastes water. I, therefore, need to open and close the water valve which feeds into the cistern to fill and stop filling it which is very annoying. The cistern lid is also broken so I suspect that a new toilet cistern would need to be installed. I need help, please feel free to contact me
I would like to get a quote for a plumber to come out to my house to do the following: 1. Check all taps some are leaking and some do not work at all 2. Remove existing gutter and set aside for reuse. - Supply and install new 12x nutec fascia. - Reinstate gutter and align again. - Secure existing slipped fascia to both gable ends with nail-in anchors. In the front of the property and back. - Secure existing barge flashings with additional screws. - Check all existing roof screws torqued correctly.
Require a quote for a repair for a water meter with a leak on the incoming pipe from the main in the street, to entering the meter. The meter is old apparently and the brass or copper pipe seems to be rusty and is clearly leaking at the joint. It possibly has more leaks. 2 toilets are running. I have to turn the water off to stop it running. 1 toilet is dripping at the pipe heading into the loo. The top element in the oven isn't working. 1 Main bedroom (3 walls and 1 wall with window). 3 standard bedrooms (2 walls, 1 wall with window and 1 with wardrobes). Passage both sides. Living room (3 walls and one with sliding door). Reception room (3 walls and one with double window). Dining room (3 walls and 1 with window). Study room the size of a single garage (3 walls and 1 with window). Ceilings fir all those rooms. Ceiling needs some fixing. I need an estimate quote. Most of the walls are currently Grey and need to paint them cream or a homely color. Need quote to include the cost of the paint.
We’d like to request a quote for the following activities: - Scoping and changing water usage at an office building; - This would include, installation of taps, which use less water; - Reduce bucket load of toilets/placing a brick in them or having spring mechanisms installed for no continued flushing by accident; - Water efficiency at the car washing area? They already use a hose. - We would like to implement changes that do not have to change peoples behaviors, rather work around those behaviors. i.e. reduce water coming out of taps for example, instead of trying to police people. - The office block has two levels and a small house area and a security house, this would then include o 2x women’s bathrooms, o 2x men’s bathrooms, o A bathroom for the apartment, o Bathroom for the security hut. We'd need the work to reduce water consumption by at least 20% and need a quote to approve funding requirements. Please let me know if there is any additional information I could supply. The funding is a fund we are fetching for a greening of a building. Funds will be released, we just need to know how much.
