I have a flat corrugated roof on my outbuilding, I have issues where water is dripping down the walls when we have excessive rainfall, recently hire a pro who use rubberized waterproofing and did not do a good job, so I am a lost for words and who and what to trust. Check thermostat & geyser pressure valve, set temperature to 55 degrees Celsius; In addition: Replace washers to bath, shower, kitchen sink, washing machine & dishwasher taps; Water Jet cleaning of water system. Good morning, please can you provide a quote for the following plumbing issue. There is a T junction where the sewer from one toilet runs into the pipe from the main toilet. The T junction is within about 2 metres from the main toilet and 5 metres from the second toilet. There appears to be a broken or damaged pipe in this area and this restriction is creating a blockage. It seems that the T junction will need to be replaced. There is obviously paving that needs to be removed in order to reach this section. We have previously had a plumber in who tried to clear the blockage and gave us the above information. I am looking for quotes for splitting the pipework in 6 unit complex so that each unit has its own incoming water supply and install a stop valve per unit. We require this so that we can install prepaid water meter. So if you can offer prepaid water meter as well and make it one inclusive quote , that ill be highly appreciate otherwise just the first part is the most important for now.

The water is getting under the belcony tiles which has caused dampnest of my wall and the paint is pealing off. It's only 6sqm the tiles has to be removed, and torch-on bitumen applied then re-tiled. I want it done as soon as the walls and the belcony has dried completely. Because the last guy that did it said it would last 10 years and it's not even 6, the second picture is to show the state of the walls directly below the belcony.
