I am looking to repair and replace a balcony roof, which is made of an overhead wooden structure with corrugated plastic sheeting. I would like to repair the wood structure and the plastic sheeting where possible and replace where necessary. It is about 15 sqm of surface area. Thanks and regards,
I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.

I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property. 1. Do you offer external wood staining for weather protection. 2. We've had damp proofing to our home in the past, and it's starting to come back, although not as bad. There are a few sections (3 levels) however only a few patches which need damp repair. 3. Painting over after damp proofing 3 separate quotes would be ideal
The flat roof on the second storey of my house in Hermanus has a problem. As water is running down the inside of the length of the wall I suspect all the flashing needs replacing, & possibly the parapets need redoing too. One of the big six roof sheets might also be damaged, but it is impossible to know at this stage. Viewing of the roof will only be possible in about 10 days time, but I need a rough guess now as I have to have funds put aside in the next 2 days or loose them. I will not hold anyone to any estimate, especially as no-one knows what the problem is, I just need an idea of possible costs at this stage.
