The house needs to be a minimum of sqm. Three bedroom house with an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. The house is in an estate in Umdoni Downs.
Plan for a retaining wall to be submitted to the Council for completion certificate. We have existing plans for the property and an Engineer's certificate of completion.
