Hello! Area above two bathrooms allows water to enter next to the wall. Flat roof with gutters on it. Main roof were fix 3+ years ago but this 5m stretch starting to create problems. <10 m2 urgently; maybe need update bigger area as well. Don't think this job is very big as a start and will take max a few hours. Thanks!
Remove plastic roof sheets Replace with sink roof sheets either 3m or 3.6 m in length I will buy the material and that will include the sink sheets as well as: 2 x 5 Ltr Cemiflex, 2 x Rolss of mm x 10m membrane, 1 Bag of Portland cement, I therefore require a quote for labour to do this job Thanks

Double store. Top floor: Balcony back and front, private lounge with sliding door. 1B/r (5X4) with sliding door, 2 smaller B/rd all b/r with ensuite. Bottom floor; double garage open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, pentry guest toilet, b/r (4X5) with sliding door on balcony. Scalary with separate entrance but walk undercover. I have the plans in the making.
We need to build a modern house with protruding walls on the front of the house with a braai patio and corbeling design. The kitchen should have a centre island and be an open plan flowing into the living and dining room. Three bedrooms with the maid's room with a separate entrance. It's a modern architectural design, built using Cement slabs as a base. Size of about - square meter . Building structure to be cost effective. Attention to detail to be on interior including kitchen, ceiling, flooring and bathroom. I have attached pictures of how the design should look but still waiting quotation from the architect on the final design.
I am planning on building a single story house. 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms 1and one half bathroom. master bedroom with en suite and walk in closet. All bedrooms should be spacious with good size closets. 3 car garages. Open plan living, dining and kitchen. Media room, pantry and laundry room. Love the L shaped house because I want it to surround the pool area. the architects were contacted, but still waiting for the plans.
We are building 12 x 2-bedroom apartments over 2 floors. The land size is approximately 1, m2 in total. It is split into 3 equal portions of m2 each. The floor size is 1,m2 including patios and roof slabs. Plans have been submitted to the Brakpan municipality waiting approval. The zoning is Residential 3 and funding for the project is ready. I look forward to getting some quotes.
se are two small side roofs that were built as part of a big project two years ago. On he side a skylight was added last year and even after numerous attempts to seal it the contractor has failed to sop the leaks. Depending on the wind direction and the volume of water the other side still leaks occasionally also. That side now has a deck over it now, which will need to be lifted. We would like both roofst to be rubberized.
