Hi, we need urgent assistance with a rat infestation at our house. We recently renovated and part of the house does not yet have a ceiling. We are seeing full-grown rats, and they are active both during the day and at night. We can hear them moving in the ceiling and there are droppings in multiple rooms. The property is near a field and drainage area. Please let us know your availability for an inspection and treatment as soon as possible, as this seems to be an established infestation. Thank you.
Much of the renovation has already been done. What remains to project manage is supervision of the repair of one exterior wall where there is water ingress (the contractor here is very competent), limited upgrading of one ensuite bathroom, the repair of 16 shutters and 8 window frames and the repair of a wooden front door
We have 1 garage roof that is flat with metals sheets as cover. When it's raining the water does not flow from the roof and leaks into the garage and caused major damage to the inside wall. The wooden beams supporting the roof top is old as well and needs to be replaced. The roof needs to be sloped for water to drain
Hi there Susan Im looking to get a quote for a cottage with a 2 bed 1 bathroom, 1 guest loo, open plan kitchen and lounge end of tenancy cleaning for wednesday morning please if possible before 1 pm. The cottage is mostly empty. Focus would be on floors and surfaces and cupboards and the bathroom and kitchen oven. Windows have been done but need a wipe over. Walls have recently been repainted and only light wiping may be required of the walls.

I have a driveway gate (L) x (H) its a sliding gate for the car driveway the new tech is old and cracking, and needs replacement soon. in the attached image the pink shows where the steel frame is. The steel appears galvanized. We need to replace the cladding, it may require some light steel struts to give the board more support. It’s an asbestos house old state house. The houses are owned by Roads Department back in the days it was called TPA. So the house doesn’t have a proper kitchen only a very old sink so I need small kitchen units that can accommodate a fridge, 60cm touch stove and a dishwasher the sick must be replaced too. I’m going to need a ceiling and the bathroom must look like a decent bathroom. I don’t have pictures of the structure
