We are looking at doing a property development project which includes 40 units with 2 design variants. Each unit will be sqm. Project will only start in a few years once the land rezoning has been done, but for now I am looking for estimate costs for budgeting purposes. We will provide rough designs and will need these reviewed and formalised for municipal approval.

Good day, I have just realised that the contractor who built my swimming pool, Lapa and braai area did not get the plans approved as discussed and they built without approved plans. How do i rectify this?
We would like to enclose our outside patio area and widen the existing braai area.

Hi. I would like to build a double storey house in the rocky stand. 3 bedrooms on first floor, main bedroom with ensuite. The ground floor to have an open plan kitchen dining and living area. Laundry, guest toilet and double garage also on ground floor. Since the area is on a hill the area is not flat so we need to cater for that.
