My pool level drops quite quickly to below the weir pump weir. My return jet is at a similar level as the weir, so I am not sure which side is leaking. My pool cleaner isn't running smoothly either, so I suspect the problem is on the weir side, but can't confirm. I have paving around my pool, so should the weir be replaced, the paving would need to be repaired as well.
There is a carport where cars park in a tanden order to accommodate about 6 cars. The carport will need to be removed, especially the poles on the sides where the structure is suspended on. The external garage door needs to be removed and 2 seperate garage doors added so that each household the main and the back dwelling has their own private entrance. With the removal of the carport, it should accommodate everyone with a dry wall/partition running down the middle of the car port to split the 2 houses. Plans are required to implement all these changes as the property will be subdivided but the main focus is the plans for the parking.
My new property in Observatory, Cape Town, has no plans so I need these drawn up as well as plans to incorporate 3 new bathrooms into the house using dry walling rather than wet work. The kitchenette will be moved into the main area of the house rather than the extention it is now leaving space for an additional bedroom en-suite as the bathroom is off the current kitchenette. assistance with a roof leak at my property. Water is coming through the roof/ceiling and I’m concerned that it may cause further damage, especially if it continues raining. Would you please let me know if you can come out as soon as possible to inspect the roof, identify where the water is entering, and provide a quotation for the necessary repairs? Please also advise if there is anything temporary that can be done in the meantime to prevent further water damage.
Hi there Just an enquiry with regards to the cost of a weekly visit to clean our (small) pool at home (Denneoord, George). It’s really small - I have the exact measurements somewhere, but if I remember correctly, it’s 3.5 x 2 m, so not a big job. What would yr cost be, is it per visit, how often do u recommend and what wld u do on each visit? Not sure if u normally use your own equipment or mine? We have all the standard goodies.. My gardener used to clean our pool (fortnightly), but he’s Malawian and left SA in June. Many thanks and I look forward to your reply.

The main house is already in existence and it consists of a basement and a first floor, I want to add a second floor on the main house. Then there's a granny flat already in existence with a ground floor that was ment for garage parking then a first floor granny flat on top of the garage parking, so I want to add another floor ontop of the granny flat. Lastly it's a complete new building which will consist of frist floor granny flat, second floor garage parkings and third floor granny flat.
Kitchen: want to install modern kitchen cabinets that will still fit design of current kitchen look. Add a space for microwave. Bathroom: I want a modern shower, with material that is easy to clean, and will not wear down due to water. Basically I do not want tiles that stain. I want it modern, durable.
