Good day The event is a 70th Birthday party at a privatr lodge near hoespruit. We have a slideshow that we would like to display to the quests. The event is split into two: 1. a stakeholder engagement over two days in June with guests expected 2. A community AGM with guests I am looking for event coordination and management of service providers. This will beca thanksgiving event. I need a closed tent/marquee, artificial grass for the tent, gas heaters in case it’s cold. For catering I will need starch (rice), Carrots, roasted potatoes, green vegetables (no spinach/cabbage) maybe green beans or baby marrow. Then dessert could be malva or chocolate pudding and custard
