Situation Description South Africa's reliance on centralised energy grids has proven unstable. While the government aims to support the private sector in addressing this crisis, it has recently introduced a 10% import duty on solar panels. This regulation is intended to protect local manufacturers, attract investment, and deepen local value chains, but it simultaneously complicates the procurement process for solar installers and consumers. Furthermore, the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) has lowered the repo rate to 7% which decreased the prime lending rate to 11.50%, signalling a potential easing of financing costs for large capital projects. Objective Advise the SGB on the most financially responsible and supply-chain resilient strategy for buying and installing a new 50kVA integrated solar power system. The analysis must weigh capital investment costs, financing options, and procurement risks against the long-term benefits of energy security. KEY RESEARCH AREAS 1. Hi i recently signed a lease to move in on 1 November and paid full deposit of k. The owner mesg me to say his wife dont want to move anymore.We dont want to live with the owners on same property thats not what i have signed for.Asking for my money back so that I can find another place to rent he said he used the Money to pay his Bond. We want to move ASAP but now we dont have money and thst deposit i made a Loan for can we do im so under stress.
We drew a plan of the house we are looking for. 3 bedroom Open plan living room and kitchen, space for dining table Seperate space for washing mashine Option between 1. One bathroom with bath, shower and toilet 2. Two bathroom, one on suite and one seperate With patio area. We really liked the idea of red bricks ( inside and out ), but throught nutec might be more cost effective. Not sure if it could be a combination.

Its a despute over my lost dog that was found people refusing to return my dog as they state they found the dog in neglected state. Which is true as it was lost in raining weather. Called police and they went with me where the people stated that they will come along with the spca to inspect that the living conditions is safe for the animal in the morning, the police then advised me to go to court to get an letter of demand
