Which is better, a carport or a garage?
I am looking to repair and replace a balcony roof, which is made of an overhead wooden structure with corrugated plastic sheeting. I would like to repair the wood structure and the plastic sheeting where possible and replace where necessary. It is about 15 sqm of surface area. Thanks and regards,

Toilet-My two toilet are forever dripping water and as such waste a lot of water...Bathtub-The hot water pressure on my bath tub is too small and takes forever...Sink-My two sinks stoppers when pressed down to stop water from escaping the sink could not come back to their original position.Water stays long in my sinks and takes forever to go out. I need to have 7x 10.6m zinc alums sheets and 2x 10.6m cleat polycarb sheets replaced . I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property.
